Can I use a gift voucher online?
Unfortunately, Living & Giving gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online. Please visit our store to redeem your voucher with us. Find our store
Do I need to create an account to be able to shop?
No, you do not need to create an account with us in order to checkout with an item or items. However, you will still need to fill in your contact and delivery details, so you may find having an account easier than having to fill in your details with us every time you make a purchase.
Can I change any part of my order once the order is complete?
We are unable to change a size or quantity of any items in an order. However if you have any other changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service team.
How do I search for products?

I've forgotten my login password
If you have forgotten your login password, you can easily reset it by clicking 'Reset My Password' on the 'Login' page. Once you click this button you will be sent an email with instructions as to how to procced with resetting your password. If you click 'Rest My Password' multiple times, you will be sent multiple password reset emails, each new one cancelling out the previous one.
I found a product online, will it be instore?
If you find a product you like online but want to view it instore, you can contact our Customer Service team to confirm whether our store has sufficient stock available.
Will an item be restocked?
To check if we will be getting an item back in stock, you can contact our Customer Service team.
How do I know if my item is oversized?
All oversized items have a $75 delivery charge. This delivery charge is stated at the top of the long description of the product and at the check out.
