In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, our primary priority is the health and well-being of our people and our customers. As a result we have temporarily updated our delivery protocols to limit interaction between courier and receiver, and we will be enacting a blanket Authority to Leave policy.

To minimise physical contact, couriers will be required to leave customer parcels at a safe location, out of public sighting at the designated delivery address.

If a signature is required, couriers will be required to take a photo as proof of delivery, if they are able to leave the parcel in a safe and secure place. Otherwise, the item will be available for collection from your local depot.

Every measure and control is being taken to ensure there is no impact on service levels and we are focused on delivering a reliable service to customers.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If the parcel does not work immediately it means the parcel is yet to be scanned by the courier. Please try again in a few hours.

We are partnered with Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers), making sure your items are delivered to you successfully.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Yes you can and the sooner the better. Once your order has left our distribution centre it will be more difficult to change the address and there is a possibility it will get delivered before the change can be made. To change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team.

Yes, you may cancel your order or part of your order any time prior to it being collected by the courier, please contact our Customer Service team to do so. However, once it has left the distribution centre with the courier it will need to be treated as a return – please visit our 'Returns' section for further details.

At this stage we do not deliver outside of New Zealand.

Once you have received a dispatch email from us with your tracking details, please note that the tracking number can take a few hours to appear in Fastway’s tracking system. If you’re tracking number is still not registering following 12hrs after dispatch, then please contact our Customer Service team to investigate further.
