Click & Collect

We are excited to announce that Click & Collect is now available at our Living & Giving St Lukes store.
There is a $3 service fee on all Click & Collect orders.

Click and Collect allows you to buy online and pick-up in store.

Select the items you would like to purchase on our website and select our St Lukes store. Once your items are ready for collection, we'll let you know by email. Then just head in-store and pick them up.

Super simple!

Click and Collect can take between 1-5 business days (3-7 for large items) from purchase to collection. Some items may not be available in your local store so we may have to have them sourced from an alternative. You will receive an email once your items are ready for collection.

We hold Click and Collect orders for 14 days once it's ready for collection. If you do not collect before this time we will cancel your order and refund the items. If you would like us to hold the items a little longer, please get in touch with us and we will try our best.


If you would no longer like your order then please let us know and we can cancel and refund this for you.

A nominated person is who will be collecting your order. Please note, anyone collecting an order must have the order confirmation and a form of Photo I.D.

- Firearms Licence


Nominated persons can be changed directly with the customer services team.

Yes, they will require a copy of your order confirmation and photo I.D.

In the "Shopping Cart" it will provide the list of items. However, once you "proceed to checkout" the Click and Collect option will be available on the "Billing and Delivery" page.

Our St Lukes store may not always have the stock of the item/s within your order. Sometimes we source items to have them available for collection. 

If this happens, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will be able to assist you with this.

If the stock is found in-store before we have sent the "Ready for collection" email, you can contact our Customer Service Team to cancel your Click and Collect order for a refund. Please note that the stock will have to be paid for in-store purchase, and the online refund can take 3-5 business days to appear back in your account. We are unable to allocate your Click and Collect funds to an in-store purchase.

Click and Collect orders can be cancelled via our customer services team. Please email or phone them direct to arrange this.

Unfortunately, we are not able to change a Click and Collect order to home delivery. However, we are able to cancel your order for you, so you can put through a new order for home delivery instead. To do this please contact our Customer Service Team.

Unfortunately, we cannot promise or guarantee that Click and Collect orders will be processed at a certain amount of time as it does depend on Stock Availability.


All Click & Collect orders are subject to the 1-5 business day (3-7 for large items) time frame to be ready for collection.

Yes - Please screenshot the sale price and record the date/time of that sale. When collecting your order in-store a Price Promise can be processed.

Click and collect orders can be exchanged in our St Lukes store.

Unfortunately no, Photo I.D will need to be sighted on arrival. Please note that you can contact our Customer Service Team to nominate another person who does have Photo I.d or cancel the order for a refund to purchase the goods in-store.

Yes, you can wait for all of the items to arrive in store and collect it once. Your order will not be cancelled unless you have not collected your order within 14 days of all items being available.
