Dear Customers, 

With the most recent update about the Government allowing essential items to be sold online, we are currently working through if any of our products apply and if so, how we can implement this.

Dear Customers, 

A small update:

- We may have some sale prices displaying on the site on some items even though you can't currently buy them. This is a system error that we're working to resolve. 

Our teams are working from home and doing everything we can to be ready when we are allowed to trade again. As usual, our customer service team are at your disposal with any questions or issues. We're nearly through week one, and we hope you and your families are safe and well.

Dear Customers,

As you know, we are now in Covid-19 Alert Level 4 and Living & Giving has temporarily closed instore and online.

If you currently have a Home Delivery or Click & Collect order with us, we have done as much as we can at this stage, but we will be unable to send or allow pick up of your order until we re-open.  

As SOON as we are able we will get your order to you, and we promise to keep you updated in the meantime. We have also extended our returns policy to 60 days so anyone who’s purchased recently is not left in a difficult position.

If waiting doesn’t work for you, we are able to cancel your order. Please click here to do so.

Our store is now closed and our online shopping is suspended. 

If you currently have an order in progress with us, we will be unable to send it until our online dispatch stores re-open. We have more information on this shortly. We have also extended our returns policy to 60 days.

An update for our customers,

Navigating the unknown is always hard. But as we continue to better understand how to slow the spread of COVID-19 we‘re playing our part to protect our customers, our team and our communities.

To complement our existing hygiene practices and cleanliness standards in our stores, we have implemented additional precautionary measures to ensure we can continue to provide you with the safest experience possible.

We’re taking guidance from reputable sources, primarily the Ministry of Health, which recommends vigilant cleaning as one of the most effective measures.

Our online services continue to enable you to shop from wherever you are. 

We understand you will be concerned as to what we are doing to ensure that our team members remain safe and healthy. We’re working alongside our staff to ensure their questions are answered and that any concerns are heard and responded to appropriately.
