Returns and Exchange Policy

 

At Living & Giving, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days, using one of the following methods:

 


Online Purchases

 

Return the item to your local Living & Giving store:

 

  • The item must be in original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc
  • Please take your packing slip with you as it will serve as proof of purchase
  • If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered

 

Return the item to our Online Warehouse:

 

  • The item must be in its original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc
  • Please include the packing slip and indicate the reason for return, and your choice of refund or exchange
  • If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered
    -    To arrange for the item to picked up and sent back to us at our cost, please call our Customer Service team on
         0800 548 464
    -    If you send the item back yourself, you are responsible for the product until it arrives at our Online Warehouse and the
         courier charges incurred

 

 

In-store Purchases

 

Return the item to your local Living & Giving store:

  • Please take your receipt or bank statement with you as it will serve as proof of purchase
  • If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered
