Le Creuset Saute/Frypan 28cm Black

This is world famous cast iron cookware from Le Creuset which has been making these pieces in Fresnoy Le Grand Northern France since 1925. Each piece is cast in its own sand mould and fired twice at 800°C with vitreous enamel. This sauté frypan is made from solid cast iron which is an energy efficient heat source once hot, as it only requires a low heat setting to maintain a good cooking performance, making it ideal for long slow cooking. It has a diameter of 28cm, comes in a stylish black and features a stainless steel and wood handle. It is suitable for all cooking methods including induction. A hand wash in hot water with detergent is recommended.
