Le Creuset Round Skillet 20cm Red

This is world famous cast iron cookware from Le Creuset which has been making these pieces in Fresnoy Le Grand Northern France since 1925. Each piece is cast in its own sand mould and fired twice at 800°C with vitreous enamel. This round skillet is made from solid cast iron which is an energy efficient heat source once hot, as it only requires a low heat setting to maintain a good cooking performance, making it ideal for long slow cooking. It has curved sides and is perfect for searing, grilling and frying. It is suitable for all heat sources including induction, has a diameter of 20cm and comes in a stylish red.
