Le Creuset Frypan 28cm Red

This is world famous cast iron cookware from Le Creuset which has been making these pieces in Fresnoy Le Grand Northern France since 1925. Each piece is cast in its own sand mould and fired twice at 800°C with vitreous enamel. It is made from solid cast iron which is an energy efficient heat source once hot, as it only requires a low heat setting to maintain a good cooking performance, making it ideal for long slow cooking. It has curved sides which makes it perfect for omelettes, frittatas, frying and sautéing, and is suitable for all heat sources including induction, but is not oven safe due to the wooden handle. It has a diameter of 28cm and comes in a stylish red.
